A week at Bois-Buchet creating a banquet from scratch.

We had lunch on the river, ate a giant salad with our fingers and designed a whole banquet with anything we could recycle from the domaine. We made our own shopsticks and glasses with bambou, recycled old sheets to make napkins, used clay from the garden to make platters, wood for plates and made nettle oil for the mayonnaise that was eaten with roasted potatoes.
