The Elder Statesman

Dinner in Paris for The Elder Statesman during PFW.

We worked with the owners of a chinese restaurant on table design and funky chinese food. The dumplings were dyed with colors, the sprink rolls had dragon pickled carrots and the rice was served in pyramids with fresh flowers.

We made fortune cookies with Rick Rubin quote's.
