Summer Luncheon

Buffet for 50 people in the summer near Paris.

We like to cook fresh salads with plenty of herbs and plate food in white porecelaine plates that we find in old antique shops around France.

On the menu: poached chicken salad with plenty of parmesan, giant green bean salad and basil salsa, fresh ricotta with tomatoes, crispy homemade crackers.
