Apollo Palm Hotel
A warm June night at the Apollo Palm Hotel in Athens, where Mariette San Rival, the visionary designer behind the hotel, created a magnificent giant bed for the occasion.
We ventured to the market, bringing back 45 kilos of apricots to cover a table, later transforming them into homemade jam. The evening was made even more special with a martini bar set up in the elevator, paired with delicious olive souvlakis—capturing the essence of Athenian charm in every detail.
